Photo G0626: Members of an A Company, 720th MP Battalion, 89th MP Group, 18th MP Brigade, ambush and recon team and a scout dog and his handler from the 212th MP Company, Scout Dog Unit, at their base of operations, the "French Fort," in 1967. The French watchtower was built and used during the First Indochina War. It was located along the banks of the Dong Nai River in the western sector of the Tactical Area of Responsibility south of the Village of An Xuan. Click here for enlarged photo of the personnel.
