Top rocker “MPFF” (Military Police Field Forces) spear head design (US Army Ranger Patch) facing up with large number “99” in center with two lighting bolts through it, “720” on bottom.

The number 99 denotes radio call sign, “Niner-Niner” that belonged to 2LT Robert S. Wilkerson, B Company, the OIC of the 720th TAOR Platoon.

The patch originated in 1967 and faded from use in early 1968. The designer of the patch is unknown. An original was donated to the Viet Nam Project by SFC Roger Ruggles.
