The 2012 Reunion has been changed (Due to deployment issues) from Fort Hood, Texas to the French Quarter of New Orleans, Louisiana.

Hotel Chateau LeMoyne

The Reunion Association invites you to the most popular destination of New Orleans, the bustling French Quarter. We have booked a block of 45 rooms at the historic Chateau LeMoyne 301 Rue Dauphine, New Orleans, LA 70112. We scheduled the start of the reunion on a Sunday to reduce the cost for those of you using air transportation. The scheduled dates also reduced the daily costs of the rooms by $50.00. Our group room rates are (Single and Quad occupancy) $99.00 daily and subject to 13% daily tax and $1.00 per night occupancy tax, subject to change. There are rooms available for smokers (but that may change by September), and if you have special handicap needs, inform the clerk at time of registration. The group rate will be honored 1-day post 13 September 2012, based on availability.

Parking: Valet parking available for overnight guests based on availability at a discounted cost of $15.00 per vehicle per day. Register for parking when registering for your room.

Reservations: call (800) 747-3279 before 18 July 2011. When calling in your reservation inform the clerk you are with the 720th MP Battalion Reunion. We expect a good crowd so register ASAP to get the group rate. If cancellation of an individual reservation occurs for any circumstances, a cancellation fee will be instituted. Time Frame: 31 days or more prior to arrival- no fee. 30 days prior to arrival- 1st nights room and tax.

Guests: You may sponsor other family, friends or veterans of another unit as "Your" guests, and will be responsible for seeing they complete a Reunion Application form and register with the Military Reunion Planners as well as at the Hotel.

Application Form: The reunion application form and itinerary will be available once all the events have been finalized by the Military Reunion Planners we contract with. If you have any problems downloading or printing the forms call Tom Watson (864-391-2661 EST) ASAP to be placed on the Reunion Package mailing list.

Directions

Hospitality Room: We provide the light snacks, water, juice, soda, beer and set ups. You must BYOB wine or spirits.

Mon 10th: Tour to be announced.

Tue 11th: Tour to be announced.

Wed 12th: Business Meeting, Presentations and Memorial Dinner.

Thu 13th, 11:00am: Check out.
